3 cups | sugar | |
1 cup | cherry juice | fresh pressed or from reliable source |
3 oz. | lime juice | |
1 capsule powder | vitamin C | |
1-1/2 cups | brandy |
Dissolve sugar in water in a pan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and add cherry juice, lime juice, and vitamin C powder. Simmer to reduce volume by approximately 1/3, then remove from heat. Let cool and then stir in brandy.
