First "frost" the rim of a chilled cocktail glass - rub the rim lightly on a cut lemon then dip the into a plate of superfine sugar. Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well. Strain the drink into the glass and garnish with a twist.
Yes, the ingredients seem unusual, and yes, the cocktail is sublime.
