3/4 oz. lemon juice fresh squeezed

Shake ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Created by Paul "The Alchemist" Harrington (co-author of "Cocktail":, the Jasmine has both the hue and taste of fresh pink grapefruit. A wonderful aperitif.
