Flyingcracker Fizz
6 oz. | tequila | |
1.5 oz. | lemon juice | |
1.5 oz. | lime juice | |
1.5 oz. | agave nectar | |
3/4 oz. | half & half | |
one | egg whites | |
1.5 oz. | Campari | drizzled |
1-2 dashes | Peychaud's bitters | in each drink |
Mix all ingredients except Campari in a mixing glass. Dry shake for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake 20 more seconds. Strain into a classic large cocktail glass. Top with about 2 oz. soda water (creating the fizz) drizzle Campari on top, add a dash or two Peychaud's bitters... swirl the Campari/bitters and enjoy the journey! This recipe makes three cocktails.
