1 oz. | Cognac | (prefer VSOP) |
1 oz. | sweet vermouth | Carpano Antica is best |
1/4 oz. | Benedictine | |
1 dash | Angostura Bitters | |
1 dash | Peychaud's bitters |
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice, strain over one LARGE ice cube in a rocks glass. No garnish.
