Stinger
2 oz. | Metaxa brandy | 7-star only! |
1/2 oz. | white creme de menthe |
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well - until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
The stinger is a superb after-dinner digestiv. If you're mixing, Doc Sue's Aunt Diane will be glad to join you. This versatile drink can also be made with Applejack brandy.
