0.75 oz. | Aperol | |
0.75 oz. | lime juice |
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. No garnish.
Discovered in the cocktail tome "Death & Co." by David Kaplan, Nick Fauchald, Alex Day.
The original recipe calls for Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezçal for it's smoky funk, which pairs well with the Yellow Chartreuse and Aperol.
