Kingston Negroni
| 1 oz. | Jamaican dark rum | |
| 1 oz. | sweet vermouth | |
| 1 oz. | Campari | |
| slice or peel | orange | for garnish |
Stir all ingredients in a mixing vessel filled with ice. Strain into cocktail glass (up) or rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
This Negroni is a BIG drink with BOLD flavors. Highly recommended for rum lovers as well as Negroni fans. Smith and Cross overproof rum is recommended, along with Carpano Formula Antica sweet vermouth. Although Carpano can overpower many ingredients, the Smith and Cross rum pairs beautifully.
