Judgement Day
| 3 oz. | Pisco | |
| 2 oz. | Elderflower liqueur | |
| 1 oz. | lime juice | |
| 1 oz. | lemon juice | |
| 1 oz. | simple syrup | |
| one | egg whites | |
| several drops | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram |
Dry shake all ingredients except the Allspice Dram, then shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail coupe. Sprinkle a few drops of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram onto the fluffy foam and enjoy!
Similar to the Flyingcracker Fizz and Pisco Sour, this cocktail is a wonderful use of Elderflower liqueur.
St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram is a specialty ingredient not found in most home bars. You might substitute Angostura or other interesting bitters.
