Hemingway Daquiri
| 2 oz. | light rum | |
| 1/4 oz. | Maraschino Liqueur | (Luxardo is our favorite brand) |
| 3/4 oz. | lime juice | |
| 1/2 oz. | grapefruit juice | |
| 1 tsp. | sugar |
Shake all ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Refreshing in summer with a sophisticated taste.
