Ginger Margarita
| 2 oz. | tequila | |
| 1 oz. | lime juice | |
| 1 oz. | ginger syrup |
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime and candied ginger.
Inspired by cocktails sampled at both the Ginger Cafe and Harrys Fine Dining (in Crested Butte, Colorado), the Ginger Margarita is a serendipitous blend of spice and citrus. The fresh ginger bite balances the spiciness of a good tequila - we recommend Sauza Hornitos for this recipe. The Ginger Margarita has become an immediate favorite with the flyingcracker family.
