Farmhouse Cocktail
| 1-1/2 oz | Calvados | |
| 3/4 oz. | Mezçal | |
| 3/4 oz. | lemon juice | |
| 1/2 oz. | maple syrup | use real maple syrup, preferably Grade B |
| dash | Angostura Bitters |
Combine all ingredients in ice-filled shaker, shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
This cocktail is a delight, so many interesting flavors! Read the account of what Danguole was aiming for: rustic, barn, apple, etc. In our opinion she nailed it. Highly recommended.
