| 1.5 oz | vodka | |
| 0.5 oz | Elderflower liqueur | |
| 2 oz | grapefruit juice | unsweetened white grapefruit preferred |
Shake all ingredients over ice, strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and sprig of rosemary.
