| 3/4 oz. | Aperol | |
| 1/2 oz. | Maraschino Liqueur | Luxardo brand is good |
| 3/4 oz. | lime juice |
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into chilled coupe or other cocktail glass. Garnish with a spiral-cut grapefruit twist.
