Chimayó Cocktail
| 1.5 oz | tequila | Prefer a reposado tequila |
| 0.25 oz | creme de cassis | adds a hint of sweetness |
| 0.5 oz | lemon juice | |
| 1 oz | apple cider | Unfiltered spiced cider is required! |
Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Stir well. Garnish with apple slices.
