Bramble
| 2 oz. | gin | |
| 1 oz. | lemon juice | |
| 1/2 oz. | simple syrup | |
| 1/2 oz. | blackberry liqueur | drizzled on top |
Combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled. Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice (don't serve this up) and strain mixture into glass. Drizzle blackberry liqueur over the top. Garnish with a lemon wheel and two fresh blackberries.
