Karrabapolitan
| 2 oz. | cranberry vodka | |
| 1/2 oz. | Cointreau | |
| 1/2 oz. | lime juice | fresh squeezed |
Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add all ingredients and shake well – until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime spiral.
This special drink was first sampled at Carrabbas restaurant in Orlando (highly recommended). Although they did not provide the official recipe we think this tastes perfect: clean, crisp, and tangy.
